Yes. You can certainly put the service on hold for any reason after buying it. We allow a maximum of 90 days just in case your business goals or requirements change. You can connect with our team within that duration to restart your services and the same flow mentioned in Question No. 7 will be followed to continue your service. Post 90 days your service will be cancelled and you will have to purchase the service again. However cancellations and refunds are not possible once the service has been taken.

Chat, Phone and you can inform about your customizations. Kindly inform 12-24 hours before the delivery of the service so we can do the necessary changes.
